I ordered my sandwich at 2:09, at 2:40 it said it was out for delivery, I finally got it at 3:07. I called the location to find out were it was and was told they didn’t know how much longer, they’ve been super busy and the diver isn’t allowed to answer their phone. When I finally got my order it was missing my Monster beverage. No apologies, for taking a hour, was offered to go get my drink but didn’t know how long it would be. No refund on my beverage. Horrible experience and not freaky fast.

Even if you order ahead on the app, you will wait for your food. I always have to wait at least 20 minutes for my order. This location needs some serious help. They don’t even offer delivery anymore because you always had to wait so long for your food to be delivered. Freaky fast my as*

Went in an hour before close, the lobby was closed already, we sat at the drive through for ten minutes before finally pulling to the window where we waited another five(so much for freaky fast freaky fresh) , and the staff told us it’ll be a while until they can get to us because there’s only 2 people working and they’re trying to clean up before close… we’ll definitely be going to a different sandwich shop from now on.

I ordered from the Jimmy John’s on 12th street in Ogden, Utah. They were taking forever to deliver my sandwich. This store handles there own deliveries. 45 minutes later, I call them, and they told me they don’t have a delivery driver and they are calling one in to complete orders. They never gave me a time line so we waited another 30 minutes. And nothing. So I call again and they have no updates. Long story short, we have to go pick up our order, they double charge me, they don’t have all the items on our oder, and customer service was poor. Our sandwiches had not even been made when we arrived and they knew we were on our way to pick up our food.

I ordered take out on my lunch break and picked jimmy johns because they are supposedly “freaky fast” it took 50 minutes to have my food delivered 4 blocks away from the restaurant and my sandwich was soggy. Not a good experience

I had a 5 star review because there food is excellent. I have no problem with the food itself, but the quality of the workers have gone down dramatically. If you order a sub as on menu you will be fine, but do not alter it in any way shape or form. This only confuses the workers.

We ordered two sandwiches, two chips, a drink and a cookie at 7:01 PM. After about 40 minutes, we called the store to see if it was coming, because the app never updated that it was on its way. When they answered, they said it had just left, we waited an additional 40 minutes before our food arrived at 8:23. This store is less than 2 miles from our house.
