I ordered online, I got a classic Italian club but without veggies because I was feeling picky, not only would they not answer my call or replace my sandwich but I was ignored. I’m so tired of these places who say you can customize your club and for it to turn out the same.

Ordered at their window tonight. Sat in the drive-thru for 17 minutes before leaving. They were busy inside taking care of mats and garbage. Not another customer in sight. Two weeks before, I ordered online and gave them over 30 minutes before I was to arrive. When I arrived, no order was ready. The excuse I was given was “Oh, I didn’t see it print, I will make it right now”. It appears this location is not interested in taking care of customers or staying in business. I will no longer use this location.

First Time Trying this Place. We had the J.J. Gargantuan. It was huge. Its the One Sandwich there that has a few different meats. It was a Great first Pick!! Great Customer Service and Fast Service. Thank you!! We will be coming back to try More Great Sandwiches.

Jimmy John’s is always great no matter which location I visit. This was my first time visiting the Washington Blvd. Location. It was clean and the employees were fast and friendly. I ordered my usual number 9. I don’t remember what my wife ordered. While at this location, I felt as though the employees actually cared about me. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area.

My dog recently got drop kicked by an angry sprinkler repair man. I took her to this Jimmy John’s because I was hoping I could cheer her up with the free smells they were advertising. They did not disappoint, in fact they did very well, unlike the Ricky. The Ricky does not do very well but that’s a story for another day. Lucy loved the smell of refrigerated veggies and cold cut meats so much that we might consider buying a Jimmy John’s to put in our backyard for her. Keep up the great work with your excellent free smells service!! You made one very injured dog happy and that makes this owner very happy. I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS AND SO DOES LUCY THE GOOSIE

Food and customer service are awesome here. I thought it was just delivery and drive thru. Found out last week that they have a quaint little dining room. The workers are so friendly. Been here 3 times and my special request sub is always right on. Definately my new go to place on riverdale.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt when I have a bad meal. But three in a row? I pre ordered two identical sandwiches for pick up. Drove 15 mins to get there. They told me it wasn’t ready because they had to bake the bread. Sat in the parking lot for another 15 minutes while the bread “baked”. Got all the way home, and the sandwiches were wrong. This is the third time in a row where attention to detail doesn’t matter to paying customers at this location. The owner should re-evaluate the employees driving customers away.
