I ordered $60 of food from the south Ogden store. At 7:00pm . It was 7:45 before I called the store only to be hung up on by an employee.. I had to go to the store to get my food . Oh and ya the GM of the store was delivering the food . But she was out in the parking lot talking to other people. I will never order from this location in my life .

I have ordered here half a dozen times and each time asked for mustard and not one time have I gotten a sandwich with mustard. Every time the cashier repeats the order but then the sandwich maker doesn’t actually put it on. Please add what the customer asks to put on the sandwich….

I love Jimmy John’s! They are super fast and the sandwiches are always good! I went really lunch time and was the only customer in there and the staff was being super loud while I was in there. There was a girl that was maybe the manager that was kinda ignoring everyone and doing her own thing, but she did not seem like she wanted to be there.

This place makes great sandwiches. My favorite is the club Lulu-a turkey, cheese and bacon club. I still dream about that sandwich because it is so delicious! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. Jimmy John’s blows every other sandwich shop out of the water. I love this place and I will keep coming back often. Try it, you will love it too!

Terrible customer service tonight. The person taking my order (Rhett) was rude and lazy. I asked for mustard on my sandwich and for it to be cut in half (i ordered a monster – that should be the standard to cut it in half). I didn’t get mustard on the sandwich. And it wasn’t cut in half. No napkins included with my order either. I had to ask if he would enter my loyalty number and he told me he already ran my card and couldn’t give me credit for my order. He should have asked me for my loyalty number before taking the payment. Overall disappointment tonight. I will take my business somewhere else where they value customer service.

I have never had worse service from any sandwich place, or any other Jimmy John’s location then here. Had to repeat my order three times?!? Out of French bread?!? In the drive thru for 20 min for one sandwich with only one car ahead of me?!? I almost NEVER give bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve ended up with a poor experience at this location…at least they got my order right this time…thus the 2nd star. Something needed to be said.
