I came in and all I ordered was a little john BLT, there were at least 5 employees, one was cleaning, but the rest were just chatting, one was even eating, and another was on his phone. I didn’t see anyone making my sandwich and I sat there for 16 minutes, when usually it takes them 2 to make the exact same thing and there were multiple employees that could’ve been making it. There was another man that was waiting for an order he had placed online. Same thing, it took longer than it should’ve and they didn’t even tell him when it was ready, he seemed annoyed and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I felt the same. The food is fine, but I was frustrated with the service.

I ordered a turkey sandwich and they put barely any meat on it. Especially for my sandwich being $16. Seriously they only put 5 slices of Turkey on my whole sandwich!! (Mind you I got their BIGGEST sandwich on the menu) Needless to say I’m VERY disappointed. $16 for bread, lettuce, mayo, and 5 slices of turkey. NOT WORTH IT! If this would let me post pictures I would because I’m not even exaggerating when I say they put 5 slices of meat on my whole sandwich!! If I could give this zero stars I would. I would understand if they were super busy but there was hardly anyone inside, and there was only one car in front of us at the drive through.

Fabulous Jimmy Johns! I’ve visited many throughout my years and I must say this place is hands down one of the best. They were incredibly busy today (Journey is in town and it’s the 4th of July weekend). Even with a line of cars in the drive through the drive through guy with the cool MCR tattoo was awesome! He was very polite and put a smile on my face. The orders still came out decently fast despite how busy it was! He is a great worker. The crew was also efficient. Thank you for your hard working associates.

I work for Crumbl HQ, and we ordered a same day large order of 50 sandwich meals for the volunteers setting up for an event. Matthew the manager of the provo store was extremely helpful in getting the order processed, made, and delivered in a timely manner. He called me throughout the day to provide updates on my order including letting me know that they would be leveraging the orem Jimmy Johns to fulfill on the bread request. Matthew’s dedication to my order was more than a transaction rather than genuine authentic customer service! Thank you JIMMY JOHNS! Crumbl HQ employees absolutely loved it, and we could not have done it without Matthew!

They have excellent sandwiches and you can never go wrong with the $5 meal deal which includes a sandwich, drink, and chips for $5. The drive through isn’t usually busy and they have fast and good service. The last time I went I was a little surprised when I ordered two sandwiches and one sandwich was almost an inch longer than the other but the meal deal is only for 6” so someone got An extra 1” wahoo! (see photo).

Not very impressed today we have never had this issue till now we ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 the bread was burnt and hard i could barely eat it but wasn’t going to drive from the other end of provo just complain about our sandwiches knowing the bread is burnt and hard i wouldn’t even let it go out to a customer instead you let it go out the window hoping they dont complain well it didn’t work i noticed and we are not happy with our food i cant eat somewhere they dont take better pride in the food they are serving we pay and want enjoyable food not food we have to rip apart like savages with our hands
