Delivery driver was very rude and withhold PAID food from me demanding a tip. Someone else ordered the food for me and and was EXTREMELY rude. I am a 17 year old girl and I was lucky that my parents were home to keep me safe from this unprofessional scary man. I then called to ask why this happened. And I was promptly hung up on by a manager by the name of Madison. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I work in food service myself so I prefer to put my orders in online to give people a heads up. I did so and got sandwiches for me and my two younger siblings my brother loves spice so I got hot peepers on his and pickles on my six year old sisters. I also made sure to get no cheese in mine as I have textural issues with it. I even made such to place the order almost forty five minutes ahead. When we arrived to pick it up it was ready to go which was great however as soon as we sat down we noticed the issues. Mine did have cheese on it so I just peeled it off as well as no tomato’s for some reason. They also didn’t put any peppers on my brothers or pickles. I went and double checked my order and I input it all correct so we were very confused. Then my poor sister was like this bacon is really spicy, turns out they put a TON of spicy peppers on hers! I would understand if they were understaffed or super busy but they had twelve people behind that counter and it was honestly kinda slow. I’m disappointed with how this time went as we were so excited and really got let down with the ordering ahead.
