After ordering a chicken caesar wrap and a number nine, I waited 25 minutes to receive my food as to the employees stood there and made conversation. Myself and five under customers after me were waiting for our food to be made. I observed no hand washing after working the cash register. And another associate putting on gloves after clocking in with no hand washing as well. Although the gloves were changed and the food was ok, it was not worth a 25 minute wait. Freaky fast does not exist in this location.

This Jimmy John location does not practice good health/food safety. We were here on 5/29/23 around 4:30pm. The guy at the counter took our money, then proceeded to make our sandwiches without washing his hands first! Yes, he did put gloves on first…. With his dirty hands, then made the sandwiches. We just throughout the sandwiches because they were made incorrectly either. They need friendly employees to work there. Won’t come back to this location again.

I don’t know much about Jimmy John’s, but I do know their drivers are a menace. I had one today on the side street of my neighborhood. I was close enough to see the driver look right at me and pull out in front of me. Had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting them. So if you order delivery you are putting other drivers at risk.

Use to not have any issues with this location, but now they seem to always be “out of bread.” Either they don’t understand that this area is growing in population, cannot plan to meet the demands, or are lazy and are just trying to get out of work early. Either way it’s annoying for us health care workers looking for a quick and easy meal. Probably losing our business!

My favorite fast food sub sandwich shop. Fresh, light bread every visit. Great combination and good balance of ingredients. Not too much or not too little amount of bread, meat compared to your other favorite accompaniments. Some other competitors either have hard or too much bread that can overwhelm the taste of the overall sandwich.
