I have always loved Jimmie John’s sandwiches in the past, but I went to this location in Peoria, AZ, and the manager or whoever she was, was very rude, when I asked for a knife to spread my mayo, and said “that’s why we give you packets”. Oh, and by the way, there is no way to open those packets. My hands and teeth almost came out, and still couldn’t open them.

After an hour, still no response then when I call I’m out on hold for 7 minutes, to the minute, then the app shows it’s delivered. Call back again and all laugh and giggles about taking long. Don’t know if they get penalized for keeping orders too long, but I got my food 23 minutes AFTER the app said I got it. Delivery just drops food off without asking for me or leaving it with someone who can get it to me.

Do not order delivery online! I ordered lunch for a noon delivery at 10 in the morning. When it did not arrive by 12:10 I called Jimmy John’s they said the delivery driver was leaving and would be there shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and I called back to speak with the manager, he said it was being just now getting ready to go. Another 10 minutes later it had still not arrived so I called back again and it had still not left for delivery. My place of business is less than 2 miles away from this location. My order was delivered at 12:42, over 40 minutes after a pre-order online.

Canceled the order and refused to give me any proof or MY MONEY BACK that it was canceled even though through your website it says that it was still supposed to go through! Website currently even still says that the order is active and that it is being prepared!

Stephanie the store manager is very unprofessional, took 1.5 hours to get food then it did not show up accurately . Missing one sandwich and 2 chips. Only realized it was the chips at first then saw it was also the sandwich which I told her right when I saw that. She then questioned me on why I didn’t say that first and got very rude. She also did not offer to re deliver and told me I could not get a refund on my card told me she could put it on my rewards account but I wouldn’t be able to see it and it would only be for that store. Wont be going to this location again.

Well again tonight the 2nd time I drove to Jimmy John’s looking to get my sandwich I love, I arrived at 8:56 pm in the shop and got told they were already shut down, I could not order. I think maybe they should change the hours to “if you arrive before 8:45 pm you should be able to get a sandwich” but if after you won’t get one. A word to the wise don’t get a craving for Jimmy John’s. I have since this happened been able to get the #9 Italian Nightclub, this sandwich is my personal favorite and I would recommend someone try, although all of the sandwiches are delicious! Just make sure you arrive early.
