Horrible experience. I ordered on my lunch break that was my first mistake apparently. Freaky fast? Absolutely not, took over 30 minutes to get my food delivered and I’m essentially across the street. I ordered thru the app because I am pregnant and I wanted my sandwich a specific way. I get my order and they forget several ingredients. I call them for them to remake it and wait another 15-20 minutes for me to get my lunch I originally ordered. The girl tells me she will put a sandwich on file for me on the house. I call the following week to redeem my sandwich as I forgot to bring my lunch. She reads back my sandwich order to me and informs me I’ll have to pay taxes on their attempt at righting the situation. I agree because I need lunch even though making someone pay for your mistake is a wild concept to me. I get my semi free sandwich and what do you know??? It’s wrong YET AGAIN! At this point I’m beyond upset and I should not have had to pay taxes to have my time wasted a second week in a row. I’ve ordered Jimmy John’s many times before but this location is absolutely horrendous all around and that really sucks because I’d like to order my favorite sandwich occasionally during my lunch at work. 0/10 0 stars. Beyond disappointed and I genuinely wish all locations could be run the same. I’m at a loss. Never thought it could be so annoying and time consuming to order a freaking sandwich.

Great subs and fast friendly service. I needed to feed a small group so I ordered ahead via phone and it worked out like a dream. I gave them. 10 minute head start and when I walked in, I just paid, and they handed me a box with all my food and drinks!

Good ol’ Jimmy John’s! I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up right away. They drew a happy birthday message on my sandwich wrapper and an adorable little picture! It was sweet and thoughtful (also was probably a slow afternoon!) The sandwich was also great, I added ham and pickles and other extras and it was just how I wanted it. Also the regular/8 inch is plenty big enough! Thanks ladies!

I ordered food while at work, it took them almost ten minutes just to make one simple sandwich. Then delivery took almost 20 when the store is only 5 minutes away from my work. So much for “freaky fast”! On top of that, I asked for light ice and apparently that means they will short you on the soda to make up for it, so might as well just order it normally. I paid for the “favorite” which is supposed to have more meat…if what I got is double meat that is just sad. I’m never buying from any JJs ever again.

Unfortunately, one of the worst Jimmy John experiences I’ve had. Extremely slow to both take the order and make the food, and I can’t blame it entirely on the single staff member – it seemed as though she was clearly very new and entirely alone.
