The teenager working the front was going through the cash register as we were ordering. I felt like he was going to murder me! If looks could KILL, I’d be DEAD ! Worst customer service. There was one guy with blonde hair who seemed like he knew what he was doing. Also an old man that looked like an ex convict. I know it’s hard to find quality employees, but please fire the kid with the white seashell necklace and brown hair. Employees that have a smile and are welcoming, are going to bring in more customers. They had to remake my sandwich. I requested no Mayo. Their gloves were so messy that they got Mayo all over my sandwich & I have food allergies. Had to talk to the teen that wanted to murder me again. I think I’m not coming back. I didn’t feel safe, they put on ugly loud rock music, and definitely had an uncomfortable experience.

First time ordering at Jimmy John’s and I went through the drive-through. Ordered the Italian sandwich. Went to eat it later and found out it was drowned in mayonnaise. How in the world would I possibly know it came with mayonnaise since it didn’t say that on the menu? It makes no sense why you wouldn’t include that it comes with mayo, so disappointed and disgusted, and I couldn’t eat my sandwich and had to starve. You should really consider including that the sandwich comes with mayo on the menu.

Every time we order from here they get it wrong. This the order was wrong AND numerous people in our office are sick! One complained that the turkey was sour and dark in color, then later went home because she was so ill. Do better, Jimmy John’s! This is unacceptable.

They make you sign a tip line to pay now which is very uncomfortable considering it’s fast food? I ordered lunch for my daughter while I was out of town they came to the house and wouldn’t leave the food even tho I paid on the app because she can’t sign a tip line. Freaky bad.
