Music was way too loud. The kid taking our order was so soft spoken you couldn’t hear him. The sandwiches weren’t good. We’ve eaten at a lot of Jimmy John’s in Vegas. This was our first time since we moved to Arizona. Not a good impression. We ended up paying for 3 sandwiches when we only ordered 2. Total rip off. Never again will we eat at this location

Robin B. made and delivered my family’s dinner. She was SO QUICK, nailed our special order, food was fresh, she came with a friendly smile and over all it was just a great experience! I highly recommend Jimmy John’s and if you get delivery, ask for Robin.

Made an order online, the tracker was stuck on ‘order received ’ for over an hour. When I called the store they told me they had cancelled and voided my order because they didn’t have a delivery driver. When I asked if they called me they said they did and that I didn’t answer. When I asked if he left a voicemail he said no. They had no remorse, when I asked for a manager or a corporate number I was told to Google it. Frustrating to be waiting for something for over an hour and then be told I’m basically the problem.

Today was our first visit. This will probably be our last. We ordered the Italian sandwich (not the spicy Italian). Pros: The amount of meat was substantial, size of the sandwich was good, atmosphere of restaurant great , and extra friendly employees. Cons: Bread was extra tough, too light on the pickles and jalapeños, I thought the meat was salty (my husband did not). Also, I really didn’t like the temperature of the meat. I know it is a cold-cut sandwich, but refrigerator cold was a little too much for me. My husband thought it was fine.

Clean establishment, friendly service, and good food. My goto sandwich is usually the 8 inch Vito. Today I tried the 8 inch East Coast Spicey Italian, which is now, not only my favorite Jimmy John’s sandwich, but one of my favorite sandwiches in LHC.
