JJ is always my go-to when I need to order lunch to the office. Inexpensive for those of us on a budget. The food is always correct, and delicious. However, my last order from here was on August 18 and my delivery charge was only $1.75. Today I ordered, and my delivery charge had gone up 150% to $4.50. If I had an extra $5 to spend on delivery, I certainly wouldn’t order Jimmy Johns. Sadly, this will be my last delivery order from JJ. Thanks for all the amazing and INEXPENSIVE office lunches. See you in the next life.

You CANNOT miss a delicious sandwich at Jimmy Johns- my favorite The Vito is so awesome, the bread is so fresh and I always make it my way with no tomatoes. Super friendly staff, and quick! This store is really convenient to NMSU, all you students listen up!

We are visiting las cruces. They served my daughter a horrifying rotten chicken wrap. It literally made her sick. We spoke to the manager Kevin about it. He blank stared us and said “I made it” what more do you want”. But after talking to him we realized he wasn’t really there. Something was wrong with him for sure. We asked for the district managers number and he said they don’t have one. Lol. Stay away from this place.

The daytime workers are always on it. They hardly ever mess up and they always taste great. The night workers on the other hand took our order correctly and basically added everything we asked to not have on our sandwiches. It’s frustrating to drive to and from Jimmy John’s just to get home to sandwiches you didn’t order but paid for. The receipt matched what we said not what we got.

The maintenance man for the lot. Is so wired. Stocks and harasses people. And I see even sometimes workers of all buildings. He will chase you down if you park or do anything he doesn’t like. He even hit a car for not rolling down the window for him, as they were driving to move away from him.
