I have never got something I didn’t like from Jimmy John’s. For their business being known as super fast, the worker there seemed to be kind of taking his time. I wasn’t expecting him to sprint and rush through everything, but he had my order ready and waited a few minutes until giving it to me.

I had the pleasure of ruining this JJ crews relaxing day by ordering a million sandwiches. The team were all very sweet when I annoyed them with my small talk as they slaved away in their incredibly sandwich artistry. Veronica made ordering everything painless as I attempted to pick what I wanted in all my indecision. Alyssa allowed my Ghibli banter as I remarked her totoro chucks as the rest of the team just laughed it off. They had Alex on kitchen duty but even he made the atmosphere upbeat. Awesome place for a quick snack or dine in. Thanks a lot to Veronica, Alyssa, Erica, Jackie, and Alex. Will be coming again soon!

Literally the slowest Jimmy Johns location I have ever visited. Once it took 20+ minutes to get my food with only one car ahead of me. When I got to the window, there were no less than 4 employees all just standing there talking and only one doing anything with orders.

First time using this delivery service took over 40 minutes I understand it was closing time but that’s just ridiculous. I can circle around in Mesquite three times in that amount of time and twice I’ve had my sandwich made wrong I ordered over the phone and when I got there 4 people was I line ahead of me and three of them got their food before I could the food has been good but the service has not I won’t be returning anytime soon

Orders always wrong, bread always hard and I’m still trying to figure that out when I order it when they first open. Employees always play around is probably why the orders wrong all the time. Bad management. Even when they replaced the new order its wrong ♂️. I spend over 200 every week but I’m thinking of taking my money elsewhere due to incomponents. You would think you’d get better service for the amount of money I’m spending every day.

I’ve made several online orders at the new JJs in Mesquite, and every one has been wrong. #4 has lettuce, but mine never comes with lettuce. Please have the employees making the sandwiches learn what comes on each sandwich. I do customize the #4, so I’m not sure if seeing no mayo and tomato throws them off???? From now on, I’m simply going to select extra lettuce on my online order. We’ll see how that goes…
