Ordered for delivery within hours that the website says delivery is offered, then got an email stating my meal will arrive tomorrow. When I called to ask about it, the employee stated their delivery driver left at 4. Then they told me that they refunded my order already, without giving me a call. If you offer delivery, it’s unprofessional to not have a delivery driver at all. I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Jimmy John’s.

Waited an hour and a half for a sandwich that was soggy and old. It’s less than 5 minutes away and still took 45 mins from the “out for delivery” prompt from the app till it arrived at my door. Doesn’t exactly make me want to tip the driver. That’s if they have a driver (only a 30% chance that they have one) most of the time they call 30 mins after order to tell me they don’t have one. “FREAKY FAST DELIVERY” which is why they have such a small delivery range….

Not a good experience at Jimmy John’s on Flamingo. I asked for the new salami pesto sandwich and asked to swap out the salami for different meat. They said they couldn’t and would have to add extra meat for an extra charge of $3. Why should I have to pay for extra meat if I’m not getting extra meat? Also the bread on my son’s untoasted sandwich was so rock hard on the bottom, you could knock on it. I usually like Jimmy John’s but that was a deal-breaker and I won’t be going back.

This location use to be so good. I just received my order that I had to call in because their website was automatically converting my delivery order to pick up. (I attempted a few times to make sure it wasn’t a user error) Anyway, bread was hard, old and stale and their new deviled potatoes salad was disgusting. Egg was rubbery, I had to throw it out. I was disappointed to say the least.

Used to be amazing, extraordinarily fast and delicious. After today, I will not be ordering from them again. It took over 2 hours to get my delivery. Then delivery person just left it in the lobby of my office building. Too many other options, to continue to receive customer service like that.
