I love Jimmy John’s. Probably too much. I tend to go to the one on sunset. Near the casino Sunset Station. And I give that one a five star.. Never have any problems there but I went to the one on Maryland and everything was fine. Until I get the iced tea that I normally get unsweetened. And I took a sip of the tea and it smelled like s*** to my nose the tea tasted kind of fine. But had a sulfur smell to it. And my thoughts were it’s probably just a difference in the water in the area versus the one in Henderson. Probably won’t ever drink tea again knowing that it’s just tap water. Vegas water is so terrible already and if it’s not filtered I’m probably not drinking it.

Why is Emily a manager????? I stopped in to grab a sub on my lunch break today. There was 1 cashier, along with 1 sandwich maker. My order was made quite fast. However, when it was placed on the counter and i asked for a bag, the female employee said “there you go” while pointing at the bags, and walked away. I said “you can’t bag it?” and she replied “well, I am the only person working back here”. I asked for a manager and she said that she is the manager and that her name is Emily. I’ve worked food service in some of the busiest places and let me tell you, being “the only one” is not an excuse for slacking off and providing subpar service. Another thing I learned from experience, if everyone called off on your shift and you’re “the only one”- there’s probably a reason for that too (and based on my 2min interaction with you- I wouldn’t want to work with you either).

Went there for pickup,the machine asked me to tip before intentionally did not tip and the guys attitude changed after checking the receipt…made the worst sandwich for me..

Was looking forward to it because I had it before, and love their avocado spread, this Jimmy John’s only offered 1 type of bread and I ordered avocado and when I got back to my hotel,no avocado!!!

Just flew in from out of town. Ordered a sandwich to go & waited for it to be made. Saw other people after me get their sandwiches. Asked about mine, they found it in a bag with other sandwiches that was also a to go order. Asked for extra peppers & the blonde girl working there tells me that they sell them in jars. That came off as her being sarcastic. Asked for her name and was not given it. Sandwiches here are my favorite but more training may be need for that particular employee. 7/8/22 @ 1:15pm May need to go to another location.

My family stopped here on our way to the park, the staff was great full of energy the whole place just had a good vibe, and not to mention the delicious sandwiches they made us, we left this place full and happy. We will definitely be back.

the girl that was working there handled food with out washing her hands and then had on glove on while handling bread smashing it. put a glove on after handling money and touched others food when ordering she did not get the order right I wanted the big sandwich . she was rude asked her to fix it said she cant and so I asked for my money back and when she refund the money she refund the wrong order you can tell she did not want to be there . verey bad experience. verey gross also tables were nasty as well find a nother one to go to that has better service and people that want to work .it was supposed to be take out she never asked would give name of employee but she had no name tag on .

Had an employee lunch for 18 people, called in a few days ahead and they had it ready for pick up, all packaged together by the time I arrived. Because of COVID policies in our workplace we had to have everything packaged separately and they even put the names of everyone on the boxes. Price was also great as it only used half our budget so I was able to spend that on desserts for the team. Such a great experience.
