Update: I ended up going in when I got off work to explain the situation and Madeline assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming. She was a huge help and very understanding to my frustrations. Her calm nature and ability to remediate the situation has left me in admiration. Thanks to Madeline, I will be back. I am leaving my original review ONLY because corporate/ franchise needs to be aware of how their general manager Dawn is treating people and potentially losing customers. Thanks to Madeline and the other gentleman there for saving a customer!

Cant go here again. Been going for a while but they hired some kid with a dumb tattoo on his neck that has the trashiest customer service. Dude took our order mad and was annoyed or something. Then he started throwing stuff towards the trash, kept missing and even his coworkers called him out and told him to stop throwing stuff because he kept missing the trash. Kid needs to learn customer service and Jimmy Johns needs to do better and hire better staff.

Ordered sandwich with Avocado spread. Pd $1.00 extra. I think they only flicked it on. Couldn’t find it on one side of the sandwich and it “may” have been on the other. Do better!

My first time here. Happened to be customer application day with dollar subs. Must have been 40 people in line. In about 15 minutes I had my #1 sub and drink. The service was great and the food even better. I’ll definitely be back.
