Sandwiches are mostly veggies no meat, the service at this location is awful the guy at the register is a total dush bag an acts like he’s top of his game when you ask about a sandwich I ordered a number 7 an wanted to add extra peppers. His response was “Lady, it comes with enough”. Who are you to decide what’s enough? They forgot to add mustard an I didn’t realize till I had already made the drive home. Also be prepared to bag your own food to go cus they are to busy to put your sandwich in a bag with napkins. Ridiculous

I order jimmy johns at least 3 times a week when I’m at work. Today was the first day I took my kids in after a day at the park and was treated absolutely horrible. I was asking the guy a question about one of sandwiches and his response with a major eye roll was “can’t you see the menu?” We got nothing but attitude, eye rolls, and sighs the whole time we were there and they made us feel like we were garbage. Will never be coming back to this store.

The people that work here are great but certain sandwiches are a COMPLETE rip-off. I ordered the number 4 today, and it’s never been so tight on the turkey. Each year they put less meat on the sandwiches. I kid you not— the “sandwich” was basically just bread, mayo, and a chuckload of shredded iceberg lettuce. It wasn’t filling. It was totally hollow and with almost no meat. I mourn ordering this joke of a sandwich. Never again. What we need to do is buy their bread for cents, take that bread home and use it to make our own f—–ing sandwiches. I have painfully learned my lesson. 40 bucks for two sandwiches is ridiculous.

I ordered a sandwich for my wife, son and I each at 6pm, around 7pm we called to ask if there had been a problem with the order. They said they never received my order, even though it was through their own website. Since they never received it, they refuse to give me the food or a refund and instead say to talk to my bank. This building is ran by thieves.

None of the customizations that I paid for were added to my sandwich. I also left a detailed note in the delivery instructions specifying to leave the order at the door and not to knock. Delivery driver ignored instructions and knocked loudly on my door very late at night, waking up my family and dogs. Incorrect order and negligent delivery service, will not order again from this company and will not recommend to anyone ever.
