The sandwiches are pretty good. Not a fan of the Cuban. Doesn’t taste authentic. Go to a Cuban restaurant for that one. The Beach Club is probably my favorite. The Vito is ok. It’s a bit dry even with the vinegar and olive oil. The bread is good and works well for most of their sandwiches.

Don’t know if it was just because it was a down time during 6 pm, but they acted like they could care less and the guy that made my food gave it to someone else. I had to speak up to the other customer so he didn’t walk out with my order. This place is the Empire Record’s of sandwich shops. Watch the movie you’ll understand.

We had a bad experience, there were several problems but the worst was our order of #6 the Veggie. It is supposed to be PROVOLONE & AVOCADO SPREAD cucumber, lettuce, tomato & mayo. We asked for extra cheese and pickles. What we got was really weird. I can’t image what they were thinking. It was bread, cucumber, lettuce and mayo. No extra cheese, no cheese at all, no pickles, no avocado, no tomato.

Ezra killed it tonight. I’ve never been here and was a tough customer, I was all over the place ordering and not knowing what or how to do things. Taylor and Ezra were patient with me and made some sandwiches my wife and family absolutely Loved!!! We just had our baby yesterday and my wife wanted an Italian style sandwich the whole pregnancy. So I surprised her with 1 and she said, “this is how it’s done, very delicious!”

Omg awesome. Everyone is on the ball. No goofing off. No one was on their cell phones. Nor talking about private personal things, no gossiping. Best of all they all had a smile. They are focused on the customer. I was parked in a 15 minute parking space. Was in and out fast. The Sandwich was worth the visit. Best bread, ingredients are fresh. It was a good size sandwich. Will definitely go back.
