My partner and I were at work for many hours and very hungry we have had Jimmy John’s multiple times but this particular time our bread was almost rock hard. I spoke to a manager named Rico who was unsure of what to do so I kept asking are u really the manager. My partner and I arrived back to get a card and had to argue with Rico for a 2nd card even though we bought two sandwiches. I have eaten here about 50 times and this experience with Rico was very unprofessional. We pay for quality food and when u don’t get it, that should be understood by a manager without having to argue for another sandwich.

Lunch time!! John’s Jimmy is better than Subways and the other place (I can never remember the name) Jimmy John’s was fast, clean, and filling! Great sandwich. The staff was friendly. The price is reasonable. You gotta try this place out, you won’t be sorry.

What can I say. I have loved this place since I lived in Illinois. Batavia, Illinois was my first encounter with Jimmy and I feel in love. The smell of fresh baked bread when you walk in is the best. Then they have an awesome and fresh variety of ingredients to choose from. One of my favorites is the Club Lulu and any Italian sub. I try and remember to ask them to cut it in half but sometimes it just slips my mind. They have awesome add one that are of no charge, which Is a win. They also offer a simple sandwich for those little eaters that don’t like all the extra yummy stuff. I have been a patron since 2002 and still going strong. They no longer serve sprouts, kinda sad. Thanks Jimmy John’s! Oh and they are extra fast.

Food was great as always, but this is the second time in a row (at two different JJs) that the service has been sub-par. I had the longest wait here that I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop, and the employee who took my order seemed annoyed at me (It was just a regular single sandwich order). They don’t seem to be living up to their “Freaky Fast” slogan or the cool laid-back atmosphere they try to portray.

On 3-25-23 (3:01pm) I ordered 2 Sandwiches through Doordash, which were eventually delivered by a Jimmy John’s employee. It took 2hr 34min to receive my order. They called 20min after I ordered and claimed they had ran out of bread, which would cause a delay. Whether this is true or not doesn’t matter to me. Jimmy John’s has many Competitors near me, which I will be patronizing instead, in the future!

First I’ll say there is nothing like my hometown Jimmy John’s. They love us from the hotel. We eat there twice a week. However my mom is in the Loma Linda University Medical Hospital and they have strick dietary dishes. So I wanted to take her lunch. My aunt and I stopped at the location off Anderson and tippicannoue. 1060 Harriman Pl Unit C-5, San Bernardino, CA 92408 was the address after a super search and finally just walking in for assistance. Cashier said he could help… He didn’t. JJ’s been blowing my email up about a free sandwich for signing up. I signed up but couldn’t complete it withou selecting the location. Just decided to go in. He was going to help me. Ordered. Then and only then did he say I don’t know if it’s instant. Excuse me? I’m sorry… I just wanted to buy one get one like the email said. You knew what I was trying to do when I explained and asked for your help. You know what just charge the sandwiches. This is too much for you. All bad coming from the cashier. The lady that took my order yesterday watched it all go down and walked away. When my order was ready then the other ladies from yesterday that recognized me came in. Mom is here for a week. They could’ve had my business for a week straight at minimum. Instead carefully considering a third visit to this location just based on service and understandings. Also, you might not get that so called fab promotion that’s hitting your emails if you already have JJ’s accounts. My Palm Desert store would’ve been on it though. Make it plain.

Unfortunately, my first experience with JJ’s was not great. The two young men behind the counter, appeared to be a bit lost, but perhaps they were new. So I did not give it too much thought. Wait time was not great and my #12 Beach Club sandwich did not have any avacado on it. I was already home and was not going back out, so …… Perhaps a different location, if there is a next time.

Then been closing the inside lately to “accommodate” hospital orders. If they can’t handle letting customers in and take 3 min to make a sandwich then I won’t be back. Can’t handle the pressure or being busy then you shouldn’t be in business. Doesn’t take but a minute to make sandwiches there it’s not like everything is fresh and you have to prepare it.
