Today I used the gift card my dear friend gave me for my birthday we like Jimmy John’s… however, my friend goes into Jimmy John’s 2 employees of the store was very rude. Our sandwiches was not made right…we ordered 2 combos and I notice the man put jalapeño, which was very hot. I had my 3 yr old grandbaby with me. I wanted to feed her so I asked the man please can you take it off they are very hot. Also. My Sprite soda taste just like carbonated water to my surprise he got very nasty with me and said that’s the way it comes nothings wrong with it. I’m not changing nothing I said, do you mean to tell me I’m a paying customer and you don’t want to fix my sandwich and my drink he said everything’s fine you just have a bad tongue in your mouth. Tastebuds is off. So rude both of them they we men …and I asked to speak for the manager. He said he was the manager so I recorded them they start cursing and said they have recording going on in the store at all I said I hope the people see the recording to see you cursing out a consumer and I’m a Christian and woman God he said well I’m a man of God I don’t care what you’re talking about It was very very disappointing. Never been treated that way doesn’t make sense people for wickedness something is going on with these 2 something is wrong. All we can do is pray for them I won’t go back there. If I see them I will leave.

Nick is a very rude employee. I have ordered twice at this store and he was the one who made my sandwiches and both times he made them wrong. The first time I called him back to tell him that my sandwich was made wrong and that I wasn’t requesting a refund nor another sandwich and his response was “ ok”. The second time I placed an order because he made it wrong again when I called him back he was very defensive and argumentative adamantly telling me that he put mustard on my sandwich, however, there was no mustard he told me to look between the meat and cheese… really? There was excessive Mayo on the sandwich, which I said no Mayo. I suggested him to make me a correct sandwich and have it delivered again to me he said ok. I waited 40 mins called to check status he said” We don’t have a delivery person available.” Now I was irritated because my lunch was over and I paid for something that was not made right. I told him that I would inconvenience myself and go to the store after work and show him the sandwich he made and he told me even if I did that I was not going to get another sandwich. In order to having this issue escalating any further I suggested that he refund my $11.17 back to my card I threw the sandwich and chips away, I made a call to the corporate office and I’m waiting for my refund. Nick should know that his first answer when I told him my order was made incorrectly should’ve been, “ How can we make this right?” This store has many good reviews so this isn’t about the store itself it’s about an employee’s customer service.

Love Jimmy Johns…so delicious. Just wish they had not closed the two locations I use to frequent. Now I have to drive furthe. Needless to say I don’t get it much any longer. Otherwise i would have given them 5 stars. BTW…they had closed these stores prior to COVID19 so they cant use that as an excuse.

I went in to try the $3.00 Lil John sandwich for the reason that it was only $3.00. Upon ordering it Eric asked me if I wanted cheese. I said yes to the cheese and when he totaled my bill he said it’s be $3.99. So here’s my complaint, of course I can pay the extra .99cents but it was just the idea that I paid the extra cost for only 1 Slice of cheese that was cut in two halves! I will never eat there again, it was my first and last. I don’t think the place will last because there was not even one customer in the place. The sandwich was just ok.
