I was going to order 2 sandwiches 1 regular and 1 small. They started with the small sandwich and pulled out a sheet of precut turkey. They cut the turkey on the sheet in half which made very little turkey on the sandwich. I asked the guy if that’s all they put on and he said yes but I could buy extra meat. I said to forget making my large sandwich. I told the guy I am used to going to Jersey Mike’s but I went there because I was coming from vacation and there was no Jersey Mike’s in the area. I paid for the small sandwich and left and went to Bakersfield to Jersey Mike’s. Anyway Jimmy John’s is nothing like Jersey Mike’s at Jersey Mike’s they cut the meat as you order instead of giving you a thin slice of meat on the sandwich. It’s too bad one of my favorite actors Brad Garrett from everybody loves Raymond, who does the commercial for Jimmy John’s and was very disappointed to see him advertise this place. He obviously just did it for the money not for the food.

Aloha Followers and Tulare county. I LOVE Jimmy John’s, move over Subway, Jimmy’s Driving! Have had many delicious sandwiches delivered. Last week was having guests over at 5pm AND must serve Pupus (HAWAIIAN for appetizers). Orderded their Mini Platter. My guests had dinner plans, leaving when JJ’s driver arrived! Walked in at 8:36 and very rude worker literally threw items in her hands down on the counter, shook her head and rudely asked how many sandwiches do you want!? We told her forget it as she clearly doesn’t want our business! We will no longer be coming here. I’d give a negative star if I could.

(Update! Since my last review 3 weeks ago concerning delivery time, I’m happy to say this location has drastically improved its delivery times. For that im updating my review to 5 stars! As a loyal customer I highly appreciate the dedication to process improvement showcased by Jimmy John’s! It’s all I eat for lunch on my work break and it will continue to stay that way!) Stores clean and fast when picking up. Unfortunately when you order online it takes them 15 to 20 minutes to get the sandwich on the road. Total 35 to 45 minute delivery that’s just not freaky fast. Disappointed would have been a 5 star review with better delivery management.

The staff here is always so friendly. My sandwhich is always finished being made before I am even done paying and the deliveries are super quick too. I always get my delivery order in about 10 minutes or less. Food is always fresh and just the way I ordered. Jimmy John’s is the only sandwich shop in town I go to now.

So disappointed after hearing the hype…staff in evening were on cell phone and did not look at us for 5 min. Made sandwiches wrong, even though receipt read correctly. Fast service, clean restuarant. Staff needs customer service training and listening skills needs improvement as well. Sandwiches are average tasting. Nothing special.
