The one girl was cute. Nice hair, polite, double checked for ranch even though we both knew they were out for the night. Can’t complain. I’ll be back. Dude in the back seemed like he was getting a lot done. Granted I’ve worked at JJ so I’m just familiar with what’s going on. He was wrapping meat, the cutie was training, he stepped up when enough people walked in. It was all good and functional.

Only gave a star to leave a review I’m at work cant leave so I ordered online 30 minutes later I receive a call saying they don’t have a driver can I come pick it up if I could come pick it up I wouldn’t have ordered delivery bad service when your whole business is based on your fast service and delivery you should always have delivery drivers never again will I order from them.

I am literally outside it right now its 8:30 pm on Monday sep 27th I placed an order online and they called me immediately saying that thier delivery driver has car trouble. My wife asked if they would just make it and we come get it they said no and hung up. I drove over to just make an order in person and at 830 when your close time is 9pm I see 3 employees making sandwiches with the doors locked and are sitting at the tables family style. I and a Sous Chef at a fine dinning restaurant downtown Portland I get the end off the night itch. This is unacceptable. One is a Hispanic smaller guy about average height with a puffy dark blue coat, another is a white person with bleach blond hair, and the third I can see is a heavy set black man with glasses. Clearly need to do some re-training.

Placed an order for an 11am pickup, supposed to be open at 10, nothing too crazy but still about $90 order. I placed the order yesterday. They straight up just didn’t come to work today apparently. It’s my wedding day and I was trying to feed everyone helping set up this morning. It left us scrambling for an alternative on an already logistically challenging day.

placed and paid for an order online. sitting there waiting for my order for an hour and a half. I decided to call them to see what was up. Guy said that they had no delivery drivers and they forgot to call me to let me know. totally understand not having the drivers but at least give me the respect to let me know.
