Submitted an app order to be delivered between 12-12:15 and they got here at 12:03. So very fast. Had everything I ordered. My only complaint is the lettuce tasted old and not crispy, so like it was wilted and was kept too cold. They don’t put a lot of anything in the sandwich. It was very thin. The delivery is very convenient but by the time they charge a delivery fee and want you to tip the driver, it’s increased over $5. I wish they would get rid of the delivery fee since I’m within Salem. I could order door dash at that price. I would get them again if I felt up to it, but I think I’d get more for my money if I do Subway or Jersey Mikes. Otherwise, the driver was very friendly and the sandwich overall is OK

Ive been a customer at this jimmy johns for two years. I order the same sandwich, the same exact way every time. I want to let the owner know personally, why i spend so much money at this location. I love the sandwich, which i could get at any location, its the staff here that keeps bringing me back. I want to personally compliment some staff. First, Emilio who runs a tight ship, and always has helped me with any problem ive had. Stacey, a true leader, who has calmly, problem solved some pretty challenging issues which were all resolved positively. Next is Alyssia, who is also a great leader, and a really sweet person to deal with when you come in. Also, my delivery guy Jeremy, who always delivers my sandwich in a timely manner, and many times extremely fast. Mr. Owner, you should really take notice of my words, and really appreciate these staff members, and be lucky you have them, because they are not just a number but, hard workin folks who truly deserve a raise!!! I can’t even imagine how overwhelmed the staff was tonight, but they never showed it. Short staffed and only one driver on a hot day. They were swamped. It took a while to get our order, expected, and it was fantastic. Bravo to the staff working tonight. They need extra thanks.

We were treated so well the guy had patience with a change the girl and guy making the sandwiches were so quick they didn’t even wait for the ticket to print amazing . It was the quickest visit with best suggestion for the new caprese sandwich. I recommend this spot.

I payed almost $14.00 for a thin horrible sandwich. She gutted out my bread. Yes I would like my sandwich with bread I know they kinda of do that when it’s loaded. But as you can see it’s not. So don’t bother gutting it out. Oh and that tiny red piece. Yeah that’s the tomato.

The bread that you get is the real thing. It’s hardy and can handle even oil and vinegar without being soggy. The meats and cheeses are premium as well. Worthy competition to any other sub chain.
