What has happened to the customer service at Jimmy Johns?? Are you just getting anyone that will work? No skills needed or what? I went into this location today and was not greeted, just stared at me until I told her my order. I guess her fake eyelashes were top of mind at the time. No niceties in the slightest. It seems as though I was a bother to them. Then my sandwich was thrown up on the counter. Not even a “have a nice day.” It’s an issue when the customer is nicer than the employee. The only reason I gave this a 2 star is for the food. You might as well get robots on there to make the food. They’d probably be more pleasant.

Ordered at 10:50am got notification at 11:45am to eat my sandwich. Didn’t get my sandwich until after 12:pm. Called to ask what was up and was transferred to the manager where I had to explain again my frustration. Not good customer service today. Not the first time either. If it’s going to be freaky slow let someone know. Manager was not professional
