Placed a group order for delivery today. When it arrived, the sodas were spilled, napkins soaked, there were no straws, it was missing a cookie, etc… Delivery driver wouldn’t make eye contact and scampered off immediately so it was clear something was awry before we could even check it out. Called the store, was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up, called back and it’s never subsequently answered. And for this I paid a $3 delivery fee and added a $10 tip? There are a lot less stressful lunch options out there. Never again.

I ordered here for delivery and after an 40 minutes of waiting I called them and asked about my order. The first time there was no answer the second time after I asked about my food I was hung up on the third time I asked for a refund and I was told that my food was already delivered not sure why they couldn’t have told me this the first time. Then I grabbed my food and the sprite was horrible I could compare it to mop water. The sandwich had a hair on it and when I called them a fourth time I asked for a refund telling them I had found a hair and they said I won’t be able to because you might have put it there after the employee talked to the manager I was told I would be refunded and I never was this is the worst experience I’ve had at a food place hands down dont order from here

My son and I went in on 7/29/23 in the early evening and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. There was a young woman working. She was fun to chat with. There was no music playing, so my son and I made small talk with her. My son asked if she was there alone, because it made him nervous for her if she was. She said no and called to someone in the back. This young man walks out like he was being bothered. He wasn’t even wearing the uniform and was not very friendly. He had a white tank top and basketball shorts on. No hat, just blonde curls everywhere. He helped with our sandwiches, but seemed bothered with it. We thanked them and left a tip. We get home in Sisters, my son unwrapped his sandwich and found a blonde curly hair on the bottom of his sandwich and another one inside. Was very disappointed to waste money on a sandwich he couldn’t eat. The only good thing was the young woman. She was friendly and did a good job making sure our sandwiches were made well, and then she slid them to the young man to put the cheese and meat on them. She took care in what she was doing. I really appreciated that.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich (giant) got a different sandwich. No idea how that was done.. very minimum engagement by employees, just an overall very boring and terrible experience with spending 20 dollars to not get the correct sandwich.

Was my first time to this location, younger ppl working there, took my friend here for lunch, she’s never had jimmy johns, she wasnt sure of how things are prepared here and there was a younger guy with glasses i believe, that i personally felt like he was replying to her questions smart mouth. Felt like being talked down to..He had a poor attitude and seemed to hate life cuz his job, ive been a chef most my life, he needs to change his approach with his attitude and leave his poor attitude at the door. Wasnt impressed with the costumer service here. Youngsters with a tude ruined it. Usually, my #16 is perfect but not as this particular location. Way too much mustard. The best location by far that I’ve been to, and will go back to is the Redmond spot. Due to careless, rude staffing here, I’ll never come back. You want great sammiches without a attitude then chk out the Redmond location. 🙂

Ordered online for pickup. The line wasn’t too long. But still the wait was over an hour and I never ended up getting the food I paid for. They asked me twice at the window who I was picking up for and then never came back to the window. After knocking and getting someone rolling their eyes at me (mind you this is over an hour plus twenty minutes just at the window and being ignored), I drove away. And so did three other cars.
