Ordered from them on Monday. Waited over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered with no communication. Ordered again on Wednesday. Waited 45 minutes, tracking said the order was still being made. Called the store and they said they were out of bread?? And “couldn’t find any more” and would not have any for at least an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. It is peak lunch hour and they didn’t even bother to call me or even stop taking mobile orders. If you don’t have the materials why are you taking orders? Would not recommend.

Employee yelled at me for coming in on Memorial Day and being the first customer. Said they’ll only get $500 as store today and that I’m the problem. Only thing I said was “how are you?” when I walked in. Walked out… recommend you go elsewhere.

This was once a pretty good location. Quick service, good food. In the past year or so it has dramatically fallen off. The food is fine, normal Jimmy John’s fare, but the delivery has gone from good to abysmal. Delivery used to take between 10-30 minutes at most, but is now often well over an hour, sometimes as much as two hours. Sometimes orders just don’t get made because the store has decided to close.

The food is fine, no different than any other location but the wait/delivery times have become awful over the past year or so. It’s pointless to schedule your delivery, it’ll arrive late anyway. I’ve had to wait over an hour for delivery, and had scheduled orders be over 30 minutes late. The wait when you order ahead for delivery is awful too. I’m sure it’s not the fault of the employees, everyone is always super nice, they just seem to always be so badly understaffed.

We just had a lunch for 50 catered by these guys. We are a construction company at the Microsoft Refresh. We start our day at 6am. Our lunch is at 10am. Tina and her crew started their day early in order to provide us all with box lunches. Their delivery was the perfect amount of early so we could set up the food and drinks for the crew. Big props to Tina and her team!

The worst managed Jimmy John’s anywhere. Constantly closing when they run out of bread (what kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread at 2pm when they are supposed to be open until 6pm?) or any other reason. 5 times now, including today, I ordered online well before their closing time, only to have them call me back and say they decided to close early. 2 of the last 5 orders have been incorrect. Done with this location. Will drive the extra miles to hit up another store or go to a competitor.
