There’s something about JJs that keeps me going back. Everything tastes fresh and I love their French bread, peppers and pickle. They occasionally make errors on orders when they are busy, but will make you a new one if you report it, so always good to check first if you have a takeout.

They tell you to reach out them on their website to leave your comments. It must be all talk because I never heard back from them regarding their abusive manager towards customers in Issaquah Washington. Their Store manager told me I would never find the Franchise owner because he was somewhere on the East coast. I guess that is why the manager gets to act in a abusive manner.

They have 12 booths and 3 small tables, only three booths are open. No one likes to use bar seating. The bathrooms are blocked off. Not sure what’s wrong with these mouth breathers.

There are for sure better Jimmy Johns out there. Sadly the staff here is pretty slow and unfriendly. The food is somewhat sbu-par for the brand. The tomato here were missing from my order twice in a row. Had to wait also over 10 min like others review in here for the missing tomato also. My fault for not noticing it when I was there before driving home but still …. and when you try to call this place they never pick up the phone either.

Ordered a sandwich and received one piece of meat in it. When I went back in to discuss with employees they said that is the way that sandwich was made. I spent $12+ on this sandwich to pretty much eat bread. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered this particular variation of this sandwich at Jimmy Johns, but it is the first time it came out this way. Being told there was nothing they could do and to have a nice day honestly felt like robbery. I will not be returning here again. Wish I could have at least gotten my tip back because it was definitely misplaced.

Called and had a question about the particular store. Would give a zero if I could. While the employee who answered was professional and courteous, the employee in the background whom he asked for clarification was making sarcastic remarks about my inquiry and I could hear it. Not a good feeling to be belittled. Won’t ever be giving this place business if this is how it chooses to interface with customers.
