I absolutely love jimmy johns. I am a die hard fan, however this is the worst location I have ever been to. The quality of the sandwiches is always off in some way. I keep going back because I love it but am always disappointed. This last time was so bad it motivated me to write this review. First I was charged 16$ for a sandwich and a drink and not given a receipt. Then someone took my sandwich (honest mistake) but instead of making me another one I had to ask three different people and wait an additional 15 minutes only to receive the WRONG SANDWICH! I left with it because I needed to get back to work. Disappointed, and wont be going back. Please bring back the jimmy johns on 6th ave! This location is giving Jimmy a bad name!

Poor customer service. The sandwich was mush by the time it got to me. Called into the shop to clarify a mobile order and was met with a bad attitude/tone. I love JJ so I’m bummed. I’d recommend other locations. The closest on Westlake.

I wouldn’t. The quality of JJ’s in Seattle has consistently degraded over the years. Poor management from the top down has even closed several locations, JJ’s is not long for Seattle. There are other places to eat.

Rude staff and not willing to help. I went there at 18.30 and they had their door closed. So I waved to someone inside to ask him about the working hours. He came out very annoyed and said well Google shows we open at 11. Google also shows that they close at 19.00 which he conveniently left out. That attitude alone will lose you customers. Not going back there.

I don’t know what I need to do when I say no mayo, I get home to find the sandwich is almost half mayo, we are talking dripping and leaking mayo. Some of us have dietary restrictions, we can’t just wing it to keep the peace, we get sick when people don’t listen.

I would love it if they could just leave the pickup order names clear and visible so I can just walk up and grab it, rather than awkwardly waiting and looking over the counter or asking somebody who won’t always come to you.
