A bit disappointed in today’s JJs Italian Night Club sandwich from this store. When I grabbed my sandwich it felt funny, a bit small. Got home and found maybe maybe 1/4 of the lettuce and tomatoes…which would really only cover 1/2 the sandwich. Not sure if they were not carry about the sandwiches today, or low on stock.

I was in the area this afternoon and dropped by to pick up lunch as I have done many times before. After waiting in line behind several other customers, I was told they were no longer accepting in-store orders and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes while they processed their backlog of online orders. No other in-person customers were told this. I was a bit shocked and confused how they could turn away a present customer in favor of online orders when several people in front of me had just ordered in the store so I asked if they were serious, was told yes, chuckled at the absurdity of it all and left. I’m still incredulous at how a place who markets themselves as “freaky fast” could turn away a paying customer in their store in favor of online orders. Wow.

Friendly staff and fast service. While I was there, the manager was very kind to a homeless person and gave him a free sandwich that had been made incorrectly. Plan to give them more business due to their humanity/generosity towards the less fortunate.

Decent place to grab a sandwich, the bread was great not too dry and the meats were delicious not too salty not too heavy. The only complaint was the building and signage was not clear, I did not know where the pick up area was.

Whoever was working tonight around 6 needs to be retrained or learn to listen (a skill I know one can’t train). I had 4 sandwiches I requested and all 4 were incorrect. What a waste. I will not be back at your location anytime soon.

Used Uber eats to place my order to my work which was right across the street. I waited over a hour for my sandwich. Checked the Uber eats app and I had a message to call Jimmy John’s. I was told that their only driver had been in a accident and that my order couldn’t be delivered. I contacted Uber eats and they said sorry we can’t issue a refund. I’m very sorry about the delivery person that got hurt but I didn’t get my lunch after working a 10 hour day and can’t get a refund. Can you help me Jimmy John’s????
