Normally, we’ve ordered food from here and have been satisfied. Tonight, however, I was displeased that they gave me lettuce that was NOT fresh for my wrap, and somehow, most if not all of the provolone cheese wound up in the bottom??? Mostly, I was annoyed at having to pull apart the lettuce, which caused my “wrap” to barely hold together.

I had a craving for a Club Lulu today so I stopped in. The sandwich was made a bit sloppily but it was still delicious with a decent amount of meat. Only qualm is the price: $10+tax for an 8-inch and $20+tax for the 16-inch, no drinks or side included. Total insanity.

I order the same things and they keep going downhill. The new caprese sandwhich was awesome when it came out and didn’t even have tomatoes this time. 2 sandwiches chips and soda with tip….$45 delivered. That kind of money you can make a sandwich correctly one would think.

Avoid the Smokin Kickin’ Chicken sandwich. It’s just good marketing for a rather flat cold chicken sandwich. Otherwise, decent chain with good cold sandwich options. Feedback was provided to the site and moving forward I have made the choice to make my own sandwiches. I have chosen to discontinue purchasing sandwiches from Jimmy Johns, but my experience may not reflect changes in the future. Honest ethical promotions are a standard for fast food to adhere to and when they don’t, the only recourse is boycotting.

Unfortunately along with the obnoxious pricing and the genuine lack of choices to add i could only choose one addition so I chose pickles and they only put 2 pickles on one on each end to make it seem like there where pickles throughout it was extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating!

Ordered online, same sandwich as always but ordered extra Jimmy mustsrd, extra pickles, oil and vinegar, sandwich had less than a teaspoon of Jimmy mustard on it not even a half attempt to get order right, food tasted very bland without extra seasoning etc ordered. No one seems to pay attention to making the food as ordered and do it right. They are in such a hurry there no one pays attention to quality control, hence Bad Food
