Attached is a picture of my receipt that states no avocado and ADD bacon and come home to a sandwich with no bacon and there’s avocado. Very disappointed. On top of waiting forever to get the sandwich when there was only one car in front of us 🙁

I’m was here a few weeks ago. Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Went to pick them up and after waiting in the drive thru line + time from ordering was over an hour. Sandwiches were “still being worked on” when I arrived at the drive thru window. When I asked the worker about the time, I received an eyeroll and a blasé “yeah, we are busy”. I told her to turn their freaky fast shirts inside out. This store sucks and I will never be back. Jersey Mikes here I come.

The food was okay. Not as good as I remember. But the last time I was there, was more than a year ago. The staff were definitely slow. But I’d rather have them be slow and accurate than fast and get things wrong.

Fast as always. This location has like zero parking and super hard to get into with a truck. I had a free sun for reward points. They got the no tomato and light lettuce but didn’t add mustard and when I asked for light onions there was literally one piece on it. Staff not very friendly. Didn’t even get a hello or anything when I walked in. Definitely could have made a better sandwich for cheaper at home. Still beats subway.

Food was good but I was expecting something much more for the price you pay here. I feel the only thing special about Jimmy John’s is their bread, It’s almost like a German hard roll with a chewy yet crunchy crust. To me the meat and cheese with all the other fixings was no different than any other sub shop. Bottom line is you just pay more for a sub sandwich at Jimmy johns.
