The freaky fast needs to be removed from this location, unfortunately. The subs and wrap were good, but… We stood in line for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. There were 2 people in front of us with the same experience. I truly understand that sometimes snags come up and more hands are needed at the sub making area, however, customers coming in should be acknowledged with a “we will be right with you, I’m really sorry for the wait” or something similar. Not just ignored. After ordering it took approximately 10 minutes to get the food. I would add, this is not an isolated incidence, this is at the least the 3rd time this has happened at this location. I will add, the employees were pleasant once talking with them.

Make good subs and sammies! Last time I had a chicken Caesar wrap unwich. It was tasty and has much fewer calories. Given that the wrap is actually lettuce, it can get a bit messy.

I came in for lunch and had a sandwich. The food was really fresh and good. The service is spectacular. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole restaurant is super clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place

I love Jimmy John’s but it seems that at this location over the last several times they seem to forget to put items I pay for in my box lunch orders. The previous order they forgot to put my cookie I ordered in the last order they forgot to put my barbecue potato chips in my order.

Ordered from them on the hottest day in Washington ever! I knew it was probably busy. It took an hour to get my sandwich (and I was ok with that as most places in town had closed for the day) but the email I had received said it would not be delivered until the next day. When I called the store the person was very kind and assured that I would receive my order that night it was just the busiest they had ever seen it and when I said it was ok that I would be patient he thanked me for my patience. Really best customer service from a fast food place I have had.
