Not so much freaky fast, surprisingly slow. Watched maybe 7 people working inside and took probably 10 minutes to get our sandwich. Watched employees taking pictures of each other and go right back to preparing food. Good sandwich, this just isn’t the smoothest ran Jimmy John’s with the college kid work ethic.

It’s Jimmy Johns. You know what your are getting. I got the Thai chicken wrap and it was delicious. But I just have to rave about the customer service and fast delivery. I accidentally ordered my sandwich to the wrong location. I called about 15 mins after I placed the order and realized my rookie mistake. The employee called the delivery driver and they were able to deliver me my sandwich to my proper address. They were kind and so easy going about. The delivery driver showed up all but 5 mins later with a smile on her face. You guys rock. Thank you!!!

Great sandwich place! Service isn’t always as “freaky fast” as they claim, but it’s never inherently slow. Atmosphere could use some work as it’s a bit uninviting and cold feeling, but the “free smells” definitely work in their favor, even if it is just a gimmick. I personally know a few of the managers there and I know they always strive for the best! Food is fresh and high quality and the only time I go elsewhere for a sandwich is when it’s closed. Highly recommend!

Super fresh, as always from my experience with Jimmy John’s. Great stop if you’re looking for something that filling and light before or after heading over the mountains. They messed up an order for us and quickly replaced the sandwich with no hassle. Very good service.

Went to get a combo, and the end price was more than what was listed on the menu. When asked, they said that it was because cheese was an additional $1.50?!?! There’s no way I’m paying $15 for an average sandwich, offbrand chips and a drink!!! $10 is more of a price I can swallow. You can go across the street to McDonalds and pick up a bigmac large combo for $11. Not coming here again until prices get more reasonable.

Whoa. JJ has become EXPENSIVE! Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back here due to prices but the service was excellent. We have food allergies and the gal making the sandwiches was super accommodating and understanding. Wish we could come back to show our support for the staff’s kindness.

Food was pretty good for sandwiches, expensive for what was recieved. For that much money the sandwiches should have been excellent. The other most disturbing problem was that the background music was so loud that customers could not carry on a conversation inside of the restaurant.
