Aug 26th. Had an online order in 10 minutes before getting to the drive through. Only had one person in line ahead of us. Took about 10 minutes to respond to us. Another 15 to make the easy sandwich. Worst I’ve ever seen it here. They’re not busy at all.

It’s ok. The last few times we’ve been we’ve had issues with making payments. The first time it was… we don’t take cash. I think there was a instance where there computers were down so they had issues running cards, but they don’t take cash either. So it was like… do I feel comfortable with you writing down my card#? I think not. Lol. Anyways, when everything goes right, it’s a decent sandwich spot for basic ish. I wish they’d offer toasting options though. That would be amazing.

I really love Jimmy John’s but this one was questionable. They mixed up the time for my online order and my $7 sandwich was squished and almost hollow…it tasted good, just seems pretty empty for the price.

When an store changes their hours and closes earlier than advertised online or their store front I have a serious problem with this. Drove all the way to this location only to see a handwritten note on a door that they closed earlier and they don’t know who sets hours on their on online site. Most disappointing. Was ready to try this store out for the first time with the family and instead am left with a desire to never deal with something like this again.. Fail jimmy… Fail…

I just had one of the strangest transactions. Normally I love eating here and get great customer service. Today I placed my order, was given a total, and handed over my cash. As I was doing so, I said, “I have a rewards number.” Simultaneously she hit a button and said, “Too late!” And handed me my change as I stood slack jawed and walked away. After about 5 seconds I said, “So I don’t get my rewards?” She responded from across the kitchen, “Nope. Didn’t you hear me tell you you were too late?” I responded, “You didn’t ask me.” This all happened pretty loudly including in front of the worker who always calls everyone sweetly or hun. No offer to cancel and reprocess the transaction, an offer of free chips or cookie or even an apology. Just left with the clear impression her not asking me was my fault and nothing could motivate her to provide a satisfactory resolution. Cool.
