Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. I ordered for my lunch break at work. Took an almost 45 minutes to get my order (they are only a few blocks from my work) all just to find out they dropped it off at a completely different business. They very kindly offered for me to go and retrieve my own order. Obviously I wasn’t gonna go for that as I have a limited time for lunch. They eventually got me my order after over an hour of waiting, and refused to compensate me in any way. I was told if they refund the whole order they will cancel the whole order and I won’t get the food. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My advice, just go to Jersey Mikes

I ordered an 8 inch turkey sub with no mayo it had extra mayo and a tiny amount of meat on it and I said vinegar and oil there was none! For the price it was ridiculous! The girl that took my order and made my sub needs a lesson in how to make a sub first or fire her! I will never go there again! Just gross sloppy and overpriced! Her name is Jaida chk# 143

The prices have gone up, and the amount of food for the price has decreased. I used to not even be able to eat one of their regular size sandwiches, and now I go away hungry for 2 more dollars. This used to be one of my favorite places. I can get a chicken sandwich that is more filling for half the price at McDonald’s.

The last times I have ordered from here have been terrible. I got a bootleggers club and it looked like the turkey was raw. I’m not even sure how that’s possible but I feel sick afterwards. The deliver person was not very friendly either. You have just lost a regular customer.

I’ve been coming here for years. The sandwiches do taste fine. But this place is not fast anymore. I’ve had to wait about 20 minutes multiple times, I’m not being dramatic here either. There’s no telling how long it will take. Look, everyone that works there is nice, I have no issue there. But jimmy johns is known for being fast everywhere! And something is broken here. Don’t believe me? Try to do an online order for pickup asap and show up 25-30 minutes later. And be prepared to wait some more. If I’m wrong, give me a thumbs down. I’ll gladly change my review if it changes back to what it used to be, but I am avoiding this location at the moment.

I had a bad experience that is too long to detail. I will day this. I was charged to much for a sandwich. Round up and the sandwich is 19$. But for some reason they charged me 22$+. How does that work? The tax is not even at 10% so how can you charge me that much? I even asked for double meat double cheese and wanted 35$ for a giant sub! How? If Jersey Mikes charged me 22$+ for their giant sub with double meat and cheese. I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s thanks.

Staff was fast and friendly, and the food was great. Parking was terrible!! Every parking space was being used but the restaurant was empty. I had to park by Verizon store and walk, not doing that again. Hopefully they will post some reserve parking signs for their guests and enforce it.
