I ordered the 55+ omelet (eggs with 2 ingredients & a side). I asked for cheddar cheese & spinach in the omelet & mini stack as the side. I received the omelet with no side. Cut into the omelet & no cheese. Every time our wait person passed the table, she said she would check on pancakes.

Grabbed a to go order today, and the experience was awful. The lady that initially helped me had a misunderstanding which made me rethink going here, should’ve listened to my instincts and went to a different location, or a different chain. Employees kept talking about how sorry she was to “stick” the other server with a Togo order which I could hear the conversation from where I was seated waiting my order. So unprofessional, I’ve managed and been executive chef at restaurants all across the country, for 30 years, and would never allow my staff to speak about customers especially within earshot. No one even spoke to me when I went to the front desk for at least 4 minutes, even though 3 different servers walked by me, use the 5ft rule of acknowledgement at least. The manager?? Ryan did check in me after I was seated. Sherri? did get my order taken and delivered within the timespan that was quoted. Got home the food was just blah. Hash browns barely browned on one side, pancakes were good, omelettes were okay, no seasoning, and the chicken fried steak was just awful. Do yourself a favor, go to a different location. The one in Hefner/ Rockwell, or the one off 39th Expressway and Portland have excellent service, and the food is always consistent.
