Another stop on my hot dog run tour. Got a couple cheese dogs all the way with fries and a drink. First, dogs were really good. Definitely some of the better ones I have. Looked like homemade slaw, good chili. The fries had some Arby’s vibe to them – like a crunchy, textured exterior. But not spicy – salted lightly and just right for me. And a great price for all of this. Service was great, friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Great hotdogs – ordered two all the way with an ice cold diet coke! Nice outdoor picnic area as well. There was a clean restroom. The service was fast. The location is not too far off of I 85 and worth the drive for a pitstop. We ate at one of the picnic tables in the grass with our dog on a leash, so it worked out great.

Had a couple of hotdogs and loaded fries, pretty good but i miss the steamer’s they used to have to really warm up the dogs to make them so much better.

The Hot dog was not good at all. I bought the chilli cheese and Cole slaw. The hot dog was rubbery, and the cheese was melted slice cheese. Cole slaw had no flavor. The fries were tasteless. I was not impressed. Then they gave me the wrong flavor on my wings. Annoyed I went off the Google reviews and lost 43 minutes just from pulling over to try the hot dogs. I should’ve tried the hot dogs across the street.

Good food, friendly service, The dining area was clean and well arranged. Many selections. Just what you would want to see in a small town hot dog restaurant. They have ice cream too but we didn’t try it. If I lived in Mebane, I would go there every week.

This was my first time eating at this establishment.The cashier is super friendly and provided great customer service. I was really disappointed with the burger, it was dry, cold and wasn’t fresh. The chili was crumbled hamburger meat with no seasoning. My Son’s had the hot dogs, they said they were good, one son had only ketchup the other had them all the way.

Go for the hot dogs, stay for the onion rings. Counter service in a busy place, but orders were correct and timely. The chili could use a few more seasonings, but the quality of the hot dogs is better than just about anywhere. But really, I would go just for the onion rings. And they have crinkle cut fries!

I stopped here today for a quick lunch. I will not be back. 3 hot dogs with chili and an order of fries and no drink cost me more than $10.00. My total was $9.66 before they added the 38 cents of “Non Cash” addition for me using my debit card. Menu says dogs are 1.57 each. This price says they were 2.57 each. I could have had twice the meal plus a milkshake at other restaurants and it would have been just as good.
