I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Jimmy’s that I feel it’s my civic duty to warn everyone else. The customer service is straight out of kitchen nightmares. The Manager is extremely rude and argumentative. Threatened to call the cops because I tried to use the $5 coupon on their menu – seriously!! Food is always burnt and/or cold because they don’t know how to properly time multiple items. Definitely not worth the energy or money to eat here. Worst restaurant in North Branch by far.

I ordered the southwest egg rolls cause I was curious if they were good. For $10 I feel you should get more than 2 tiny burnt ones. Their food has gone way down hill. Save yourself time and money and run the other way.

Do not order online, the online ordering takes your money and won’t put the order through, and to get your money back is a joke, they want you to call the owner and jump through the hoops to maybe get your money back! You are better off going to county market and getting their food, it’s cheaper and no hassles!
