Had a party of 9 and had to wait a little bit….but I called ahead and new that. We were seated and in a quiet little corner on this busy morning here. Our waitress came over to take our order, however, we never received menu’s when we were seated. All the workers seemed annoyed to be there…..hopefully we just caught them on a stressful morning.

A perfect diner atmosphere inside the mall. Whether you are shopping or just in the area, this is a great place for a great meal. We had lunch today. The Mrs. had a Mediterranean vegetable panini with fresh fruit. I had my second favorite, a Monte Christo with fries. Both were top-notch. Finished the meal with a slice of blueberry lemon coffee cake. The service was excellent and friendly. I am looking forward to a chance for dinner.

Ask for Natashia when you’re there. Superb server and knows her stuff when it comes to the food. Everything comes in LARGE portions so bring you appetite. Good food, great atmosphere and employees are all very friendly.

I returned to Jim’s at the Mall again. I was surprised in a good way from my previous dining experience. I had the haddock French. It was excellent! My friend had a taco bowl and she was pleased. Our waitress named Elaine was friendly and did a great job. It was reasonably priced. Nothing but positive experiences! I recommend you give it a try.

After a long time I wanted to have pancakes and for some reason I chose this restaurant. I haven’t got a chance to dine in, but it’s a decent place for dine in which is inside the mall. It’s bit crowded, but I think people are getting seated soon. Service is super fast.

This was my first and only time eating there because of the terrible experience. I sat at the table for 30 minutes, and three servers walked by the table I was seated at several times without anyone taking my order. Then someone sat at the table across from me, and their order was taken 5 minutes later. I definitely think it was I was intentionally ignored. The owner apologized, but she came in after I was ignored all that time. She could’ve at-least discounted my meal. After reading other reviews, this place has terrible customer service.
