At this burger place, the customer service sucks badly. The workers have horrible attitudes. Their facial expressions are cruel. They roll their eyes, talk under their breaths. Very rude and disrespectful. Anyone out there who have a lot of respect for people. Always remember to carry that good impression anywhere a person goes into the world. The workers at Jim’s Burgers don’t deserve the customer’s’ act of assistance. No employee should not take out on the customers if he/she is having a bad day. Keep it to themselves period. who want to support a fast-food place or restaurant with that kind of action. “Respect each other!!”

Not coming back! Green burrito was more beans than pork and the green chile had too much garlic, chili cheese fries with cold cheese. I think they can improve their menu its too small and as a new customer you don’t know options.

The food here is great my favorite item on Menu is The Hard Shell beef taco . It is Delicious made fresh I confirmed with the cook that it is made fresh. Very great Taco. Desire is Customer service here and has excellent service skills.
