The food is usually very good but the hired help is terrible. They are clueless about the items on the menu. They don’t know the difference between sushi, nigiri, sashimi or any other menu item. They should at the very least have a working knowledge of what they serve.

Last time I stopped in I left with out ordering. nothing looked right there , dirty ripped booths. Place looked unmaintained. You online order people need to stop in and see were you food is being made. Years ago this was a great place. Not now.

Love their sushi! Big portions of food for what you pay for, and very nice staff. Only complaint is their egg rolls seemed a little off, like they had been sitting for a while. No one in my house liked the egg rolls but everything else was great!

This was an excellent place to eat Sushi! I love tempura shrimp so I shared a meal of Pink Lady and Dragon Rolls. The Dragon Roll with the cream cheese was just creamy enough. Both had a lovely mix of flavors. I couldn’t decide which I liked better because they were both so good! Highly recommend! Wait staff was also helpful and kind.

Everything we have had here is very good and tastes fresh. Everyone is very nice when we come in to order and over the phone. My son loves the fried veggie dumplings and asks for them almost every week so we eat here a lot.

How do you mess up a volcano roll? There wasn’t any cream cheese on it whatsoever or seasoning to it. There was cucumbers in it, too. It didn’t say it was supposed to come with cucumber in it but that was the least of my worries. They put some messy “scallop” sauce on top that tasted really weird and it was cold. A volcano roll is supposed to be rather spicy or have a kick to it and there were no flames to be found that day. It almost seems like they may have given me the wrong sushi roll order! The crab rangoons tasted pretty okay, but they were very, very stale. My boyfriend’s lo mein was bland and tasteless. Our meal wasn’t cheap, which is to be expected at a sushi restaurant, but for the quality, no. I suggest everyone to go to somewhere else. There are many options around the area with exceptionally better quality. Very disappointed after hearing so many good things about Jin House. Oh well, it was worth a shot.
