Completely rip you off do not give you what you ordered vegetables don’t even come with hibachi six dollars extra never seen that in my life would never ever go there again Order was supposed to be $47 came out to 67 completely wrong. Regular sushi roll 9 dollars the size of something you’d get a buffet . So so sad. The old Jin’s was so much better .

Food is really really good. I only had the veggie plate and the only menu online said it was $11. It was over $16 and to go orders do not come with soup. Kind of ridiculous to charge more for something that comes with the order in person.

We ordered takeout for 7 people. The shrimp was very good. I feel the steak was very very tough and not on par. We ordered the Alaskan roll and we enjoyed it. The yum yum sauce was excellent. The rice was a bit blah. Maybe it was a off night.

Has really went down hill a lot I chewed the steak until I could not chew any more and spit it out. The chicken is also dry.It is nothing like it use to be which is sad because it use to be my favorite place to eat. As of today we will never step foot back in here we ordered California roll and the crab was old and taste funny. It literally MADE ME SICK you can tell by the pictures that the crab was bad

So much rice and hardly no meat which I found not so pleasing for a dinner. The meat looked dry and cooked hard. Waitress was utterly rude and not very caring about my disappointment . I sent my food back and I will not be eating there again and I do not recommend them to anyone!!! Prices are very high and a waste of money. Waitress had attitude and kept walking by table with a smirk after I let her know that I didn’t want the food and asked her why so much rice and hardly no meat .

I have eat here many times, this time I will not go back. I understand a 5 % gratuity when you have more then 6 people at a table. I got charged 5 % gratuity for a to go order 1 meal not 6 but 1. I was changed for a cup of water. My meal was over 23.00. the menu on line is not right the prices have went up and you pay taxes + 5 % gratuity. I sure did not get 23.00 worth of food, I could of went and bought the stuff and cooked for my whole family and it would of tasted better, cause the price made me sick…

Honestly, the service is normally pretty good, but tonight for some reason, it wasn’t that great. Our waitress never acknowledged that our son was with us, I had to get up and get our forks to eat with and she only came to the table one time to check on us and she never asked if we needed refills, I had to flag her down in order to get a refill (I actually started to get the refill myself) But, when we were finished, she didn’t hesitate to bring the check. I was honestly disappointed as I come here often to eat with my family, and it will be a long time before I come back.

Went in to have dinner, was told that they don’t do the cook in front of you, plus a giant roach (water bug, palmetto bug) fell from the ceiling and landed on me. Was told to go to banzai if we wanted to have our food cooked in front of us.

Messed up our order. We requested and paid for 5 extra yum yum sauces. We only got 3. When I pay $16 for my lunch & extra sauce, I expect it to be what I ordered when I open it. That is not too much to ask. Next time, please take your time to make sure your orders are correct especially with to-go orders.
