This place is a gem. Amazing cocktails. Delicious Asian fusion food. And great ambience with dim lighting and b****** music. Somehow quiet on a Saturday night, if this place was in Boston there would be a line out the door. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this place! Loved the vibe, staff was so friendly, and food was incredible. We went when it was quiet, made for such a relaxing ambiance. That miso salmon is really something special. Our mocktails were also perfect, loved how vibrant they both were. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Food was really good! We got the Lost in Thailand cocktail, Mapo Tofu, and the ramen with fried chicken. Nice ambience inside the restaurant. We would definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

This place is the total package. The ambiance is great, the service is great, and of course, the food is great! The cocktails were fantastic. My wife had the Tiki Singapore Sling and I had the Journey to the East. Both were 10/10! Then came the food which was also 10/10. We are from Seattle so we have high expectations of Asian food and my wife spent over 4 years in Asia because she is a world traveling hottie so we know good Asian food when we see it!!!!!

Came here last night for dinner and started off strong. We got cocktails and a tuna appetizer that was really yummy. However I got the beef bowl for my meal and I was not a fan. The shredded beef was all clumped together. It was lacking a sauce too.

Jing Yan was delicious! Everything was fresh and very well crafted. You can tell the chef takes pride in their work. The food was delicious and authentic. I would certainly come back! The poke bowl was so fresh and flavorful, with the perfect combination of, sweet, spicy and salty! The beef ramen was perfectly salty and savory all in one. Logistically, there is no parking. We didn’t have a wait at the time, but there are not a ton of seats inside and out, so I would assume there would be a wait during peak hours!

Small, intimate restaurant only about 10 minutes outside of the busy downtown area of Portland. The food was excellent – great flavors, presentation, and reasonably priced. The poke bowl and tuna cold plate were both phenomenal! You’ll need a reservation on the weekend if you want a table inside. Definitely recommend!
