Brought my mother here for lunch today. She got her hot stone bibimbap (she loved the raw egg yolk instead of cooked). I got the bibim naengmyun (very tasty!) I couldn’t eat it all but my mother finished it. She really liked it. We also had the seafood pancake and even though it wasn’t crispy, the taste of it was on point. This place has really good food. Just a little small place in a strip center with the other restaurants.

Nice lil hidden gem! Was surprised that it wasn’t busier. Excellent food and banchan. Accommodating of vegetarian requests. I tried the jjolmyun without meat and partner had the regular hot stone bibimbap.

They have the BEST bulgogi and are generous with the portion sizes of the banchan (sides)!

Great little Korean spot! So far everything I have tried in this little shopping center has been a win, and JinMi is yet another little slice of culinary heaven hidden away in a nondescript strip mall. Upon entering the restaurant it seems a bit small and dated, but don’t let that stop you from finding your way to the counter to order. The older gentleman behind the counter was busy getting orders together to go to tables and for take out, but got to us before we had even decided what to order. Thankfully he cheerfully told us to take some more time and he went back to work putting orders together. We decided what we wanted and he quickly took our order telling us to sit wherever we liked.

Wow. Food was really good. I got the stone pot Bibimbap. Tasted incredibly fresh. The meat was well seasoned.

Love this restaurant so much! Best dumplings I’ve had in so long, so crispy. And their Kimchi-Jjigae tastes so good! The owner is really nice. Highly recommend when traveling to Plano. Would definitely be back for more of their tasty food.

Came in and was greeted incredibly politely by happy people. Food was not only delicious but the portions were generous and filling. Will definitely be back here anytime in in the area. Restaurant was kept clean and just a place to grab some great food

Jinmi has fresh, great food, and the owners are very nice. I had the Bibimbob two days in a row, and the tonkatsu yesterday. Very thin and just the right amount of crispy.

Every dish here is simply amazing. The environment is warm and friendly, and the owners always welcome me with a smile. Yes, the prices have gone up recently, but I prefer the higher prices, because the quantity and quality of their food has not gone down. I simply love coming here. It’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever gone to, and I could not recommend it enough.

My “go to place” for good Korean food (almost like mom used to make). The kimchi is best…usually get #28 on the menu and waddle out full.
