We used to eat at jins whenever we could. Over the last ten years. So today, we came from Big Lake to get 4 different orders ($46.–) to take home for a great lunch!! We were given, white rice-barely cooked hard grains, burnt egg foo young, chowmein with celery blanched–not cooked. We were all thoroughly disappointed and will not make the trip again. Not taking the time to cook a meal the right way is never a way to keep good customers!!!!!

Ewww the General Tao’s chicken was not what I have ever had. Literally threw my food in the garbage. Wasted my $. It’s like sweet and sour chicken soaked in sauce with peppers, onions, celery.

Food was just ok, not great. Service wasn’t very good. We ended up without any sauces or chop sticks because they just kind is sat the bag down and ran off. They also do not have several items on the take out menu that are on the regular menu. We wanted to call in the order but were not sure if they had what we wanted. They also do not accept cards and have a mask requirement.

THIS IS AN AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT!!! Absolutely awful, I took my 91 year old great grandma mother here and she paid for our food, they spilt the food all over the bag and then we got home and the bag ripped completely and all the food spilt. We called THE MANAGER/STORE OWNER and she blamed my great grandmother for their mistake. Told us if we wanted food that’s not covered in dirt that we had to pay for it
