Great place to eat. May have been a weekday thing, but they were short on servers but still had good service. The Flying Vegetarian Bowl was probably the best bowl I have ever had. My table was all for the Vegetarian vs other options.

I was really impressed by the inviting ambiance and friendly service. The lady who assisted us recommended some fantastic menu items. As a spicy food lover, I thoroughly enjoyed their premium tonkotsu red ramen and the delicious takoyaki. I’ll definitely be returning for another delightful experience.

We came in for lunch just after they opened at 11am. We were seated right away, ordered quickly, and got our Brussel sprout Tempura app fast. They were cooked perfectly and had great texture and flavor. We used the gyoza sauce that is on the table to dunk them in. Yum! The Ramen was delicious and comforting. I added a side of tofu to my Spicy Umami Miso Ramen. I also added some of the hot sauce that’s provided as well. I like mine a little extra spicy. My only complaints are that the prices seem a bit high($26 for my Ramen bowl and half of the app) and the house music was LOUD. It was not appropriate for lunch…maybe at a nightclub or bar, but certainly not a chain Ramen restaurant in the middle of the day.

Pure excellence. From the service, to the ambiance, to the delectable flavors. WOW. So much variety to choose from (even outside ramen). Do yourself a favor and order the spicy creamy shrimp tempura. Died and went to heaven.

I was searching ramen places and hadn’t heard of this place so I tried it! I wasn’t expecting it to look as nice as it did when I walked in. It was very pretty and there’s even an upstairs. I started off with pork gyoza because it’s always my favorite. They definitely didn’t disappoint! Honestly what saved me from giving it 2 stars. The ramen was just okay. For the price I was disappointed to say the least. The bowl just lacked a lot of flavor. It had little to none. What saved the bowl for me was adding my extra egg and corn. And for the corn I didn’t get it in my bowl when I ordered it with, which isn’t the end of the world but it took several minutes to ask about the corn and then a few more to actually get the corn. Maybe it was just an off day, but from the experience I wouldn’t go out of my way to travel up to the north side for a bowl. When at a ramen place, the most important thing to me is the broth and it just didn’t hit the mark.

The ramen spot to beat! We ordered some of the caramelized cauliflower and gyoza. Both were excellent. I recommended mixing a little of the hot sauce in with the Gupta dipping sauce.

Best ramen in or around Indianapolis by far. The chatsu is perfect! Everything is made from scratch, and it shows through the flavor.
