Absolutely delicious and well worth the visit! Yummy! I got the JINYA Tonkotsu Original and every bite was heavenly. At first glance the pork slices look very small and disappointing. But they were packed with so much flavor every bite was enjoyable and the soup was so filling it was plenty to eat. We also got a pork bun which is absolutely worth every penny. I really don’t understand why they keep building locations with hardly any tables.

This place is delicious!! Definitely recommend if you love ramen!! Our waiter Carter was very friendly and gave great recommendations, he seemed to know the menu well! The caramelized cauliflower was so good!

First customers for lunch. The gyoza was awesome. Waited awhile for the ramen. The ramen was more expensive than what I’m use to. I had the Hiyashi (Cold) Ramen which is a summer ramen. I’m use to ice cold noodles, the noodles were warm. The sesame sauce and all the toppings were on spot. My husband had the shrimp wonton ramen, he said the noodles were not steaming hot, the broth was a bit strong and fishy. Shrimp wontons were perfect. I’m willing to try them again in the future, in the evening.

I have been to Jinya before, the one in Murray, and this one is just as good, down in the Silicone Slopes Lehi. It’s got some amazing wall art, still same delicious ramen. We almost always get takoyaki as well. Too hard to resist.

Second time at Jinya and it didn’t impress, The restaurant and atmosphere was good but Our waiter was assertive and not attentive, he kept asking for add ins in for everything, asking if I needed noodles, etc. they also messed up my order and didn’t try to make it right, I ordered the tokatsu black and got the jinya black. The order for Takoyaki came after the ramen and it was lukewarm and had no flavor. Not sure why an appetizer comes after the entree here.

I got the Jinya chicken ramen and I don’t regret it at all. They can add heat for you if you like it. Mmmm I wish I could have this every rainy day. Also the Impossible Bun such a unique plate. Gotta try it if you go!

I love Jinya! I’ve been to the one in salt lake and have been so excited for this one to open up as it’s closer to where I live!! Best ramen ever. It’s expensive but it’s super worth it. My favorite is the spicy creamy vegan broth, I can’t believe it’s vegan. The flavors are so rich and tasty!! I always add on the Broccolini, they gave big portioned add-ons today (yay). Also they make amazing tako yaki. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you for bringing a Jinya to Lehi!!! 🙂

The tonkotsu black was garlicky heaven and very flavorful! Really would recommend the thick noodles as they have this great chew that works with the broth. The “spicy sauce” was literally just a dot lol so might be worth asking for more of. Taking off a star because the meat was a bit skimpy especially for the price

The ambiance, service, decor and table settings are AMAZING! Just what we need in UT county. We started off with a jinya bun which was so good. A little pricy for 2 bites but yummy. Then we got the tempura Brussel sprouts which were a little disappointing. The truffle on it was off putting and it needed a dipping sauce. Also they were kinda expensive for an appetizer. I got the tonkatsu black ramen the flavor was good but I would recommend subbing for the thick noodles instead of the thin. The thin just don’t have that chewy bite you expect for ramen noodles. My husband got the spicy tonkatsu and loved it. I think the whole vibe is amazing and would totally recommend.
