Daily drink specials at discounted prices. Plenty of drink choices. Baristas were both friendly and quick. If you’re out and about in Post Falls, I definitely recommend it.

My wife won’t go to any other coffee stand as long as we are in town. Great coffee and great Italian sodas. Ladies are always friends and happy to be there.

I sat in line for 15 mins get to the window and no one greets me or talks to me at all with the window wide open. I sat watching as someone went and took an entire line of cars orders on the opposite side, and came back inside and started making them while still no one acknowledged me sitting at the window with a whole line of cars behind me. After another 5 mins of no one acting like I existed, I left. This is the most unfriendly unorganized coffee business I’ve ever been too. I have had similar terrible experiences at other locations and this just seems to be a trend. With so many coffee stands these days and options to go elsewhere maybe you should work on training your staff on customer service skills.

I went to this Jitterz, which is by my house, yesterday and ordered a 24 oz white mocha and a 20 oz quad shot breve latte. Same coffees I always order for my husband and I every single day anywhere we go. First the barista makes 2 20 oz iced coffees. I told her the order was wrong I ordered hot coffees. She looked very irritated and told me I already paid for them. If I wanted iced I would have said iced but I did not, and I told her the white mocha was 24 oz. She then starts arguing with me and angrily says, “No you did not you said both were 20 oz!” I was shocked. She really thought I didn’t know what I ordered?? I responded, “Look, I am sorry you did not hear me, I will pay extra for the other two coffees but I ordered a 20 oz and a 24 oz.” She finally backed down and said I didn’t have to pay for them. But here’s the point…the customer knows what they ordered so don’t argue…she never apologized to me, the person who had to sit there for an extra 10 minutes, total of 20 minutes, to get my coffees that she screwed up. Second, if someone does not say ICED coffee, then its a HOT coffee they want. Just assuming everyone wants an iced coffee is a clear indication of incompetence. I won’t be going to this one again.

I keep coming back because they are decently consistent but man do they take forever. For a 20oz cold brew and a 16oz Americano with flavor and cream it took her 6 minutes. This was after waiting 15 minutes in line behind 2 cars. She was talking with the other girl in there and didn’t even make my Americano like I asked. I like the week day girls better than the Saturday morning girls.
