This place has some of the best chicken wings in town!!! The whole wing!!! The seasoning used on the chicken is addictive!!!! I love it on my fries too. I go once a week. The service is pretty quick at the time I go, the staff is friendly and fast. Try the lemonades they’re good too.

I heard a lot about this place and was finally able to try it. The food is fantastic!! The restaurant, on the other hand, is not clean and needs remodeling. I don’t recommend dining in. They’re always extremely busy, but it’s worth the wait. That crystal sprinkle just adds that extra goodness that keeps you going back for more.

The fish was not what I expected. It was over cooked and spiny. I couldn’t even eat the trout I ordered after a couple of bites because it had so many sharp spines. I will definitely not be coming back. Way over priced and overrated. I know Chicago can do better than that.

The guy taking orders at the left counter was extremely nice and friendly. But the food was a problem for me. The fried mushrooms were falling apart from the batter, I don’t think the fried scallops were done, the next morning my stomach was hurting and upset.

Food is consistently hot and fresh. Restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Everything on their menu is always in stock and available for purchase. My family has been patronizing this location for years and have always been satisfied customers. Even now as an Uber Eats driver, it’s always a good experience. And their wait time had decreased significantly the last few times I visited.

Listen, this is the BEST JJ’s I’ve ever been too. The food never misses and is always hot and fresh. I say this as a more-frequent-than-I-want-to-admit customer who orders via UberEats ever time. I’ve never actually gone to the store or drive thru, and I am still amazed every time. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Get the crab bites, wings and catfish nuggets!

I usually use the Candler rd location, and they hardly ever disappoint. First time trying this location and I’m extremely disappointed. Got the 2 piece tilapia and shrimp combo. The fries were the worst, they were undercooked, and seemed as if they were dipped in water they were so soggy and mushy. The fish was sooo small compared to Candler rd location and taste like the grease was getting old. The shrimp were the best part, and they still weren’t up to par with the other location, they were overcooked. I’ll stick with Candler rd location from now on.
