I stopped by earlier today and decided to go through the drive-through. (My mistake) The speaker sounded horrible, so the girl asked me to pull up to the window. I sat there for 20 minutes, AND SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE me once! So I bounced! There was literally not one person in the parking lot when I ordered. I even saw her and another guy from the back look out at me multiple times. This is the most horrible service I have ever had at any of the JJ Fish and chicken locations. I’ll NEVER be back to this POS location!

This is the Salem Ave. location. Normally all food from here is hot fresh and seasoned. Unfortunately, on this particular visit, I ordered two 3 piece full wing dinners with coleslaw and fries and the fries were not fresh they were old and not seasoned, the chicken was not cooked sufficiently and was not seasoned. It was after 930 pm. on a Sunday and it was through the drive thru. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal. I am hoping it was just an off night and that’s the reason for my less than stellar meal. I will go back and give it another try. Customer service was good, no issues.

I stop by today before one of my showings and had the small whitefish combo. It was unbelievable. Every time I go to Jj’s Fish and Chicken my food is piping hot and fresh. The only problem I have with this place, is that they don’t have one in Centerville. The woman working today was cool as a fan in the Arctic too. This meal was fantastic and the service was great. Thank you very much y’all!

The food is ok but they need to be better at customer service . They answer the phone so unenthusiastic and very dry when you come in . Always remember customers keep you in business . It doesn’t hurt to smile even if you are faking it . You never know who’s listening or watching . Because of this I won’t be back .

All my food was old it was cooked earlier that day but served later and the gyro I ordered was made without sauce and the bread wasn’t cooked on the flattop it was just given to me out the pack so it fell apart as soon as I picked it up
