I place a phone order at 9pm they told me in 20min it will be ready I got here and guy at front told me they didn’t have no order under my name and then tells me oh yeah someone came and pick it up already honey… I told him well who? If I didn’t send no one to pick it up and he says yes someone named Roxy picked it up and pay for it cash I know we’ll he was just lying to me since they close at 10pm they didn’t want to make my food. So disappointed.

I ordered the catfish 12.99 and the strawberry cake with white icing they sent me the catfish fillet sandwich 9.99 and a strawberry cheesecake! I called them and told them about my order and he asked if I ordered it online I said yes he tried telling me that I ordered the catfish fillet sandwich my receipt says different!! Never order from them again!!

First time here and the food was delicious. Everything cooked perfectly and made to order. I will be back definitely and please have catfish steaks available lol. Also I don’t think a business should get bad reviews because of delivery service unless they’ve hired the driver themselves…other than that it is the responsibility of the DRIVER working through UberEATS Door Dash and so on to make sure they’ve check that the order is correct before delivering. It even gives instructions within the app to make sure you have the customer’s order correct. So it is not the restaurant’s fault. Let’s start exercising critical thinking ppl
